Lettuce, spanish onion, corn, cucumber, avocado and cherry tomato. Tossed in ranch dressing and topped with sliced chicken schnitzel.

King Prawns, squid and mussels – cooked in cayenne pepper, EVOO, garlic, and diced tomatoes. Served with a side of chilli parmesan bread.

Pasta Primavera (v) $30
Spanish onion, roasted capsicum, mushroom, zucchini and baby spinach. Sauteed in EVOO, white wine and fresh garlic. Topped with feta and parsley. (Served with choice of pasta).

Chicken Funghi Rosa $32
Chicken, mushroom, shallots, sauteed in white wine and cooked in a pink sauce. Topped with parmesan and parsley. (Serviced with choice of pasta).

Garlic butter and wine base, king prawns, roasted capsicum and cayenne pepper. Topped with parsley, basil and EVOO.

Toasted waffle – topped with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce. Sprinkled with toasted almonds.

Vanilla ice cream with EVOO $10
We stole this one from Dua Lipa – Vanilla ice cream topped with EVOO, sprinkled with crushed pistachios and sea salt.
