Chicken, porcini mushrooms, snow peas and cherry tomatoes in a creamy white wine sauce.

Spring Vegetable Risotto (v) $25
Snow peas, green peas, zucchini, asparagus and baby spinach, tossed with olive oil and lemon zest.

Starting on a garlic butter base, topped with chunks of BBQ brisket, roasted capsicum and shallots. Once cooked, drizzled with a smokey BBQ sauce.

The Vindaloo
Created by Anthony – This one starts on a vindaloo base, topped with choice of pulled beef or lamb and sliced potato. Once cooked, drizzled with mint yoghurt and fresh coriander. #AnthonyIvents

Sweet Potato Delight (v)
Starting on a sour cream base (don’t knock it till you’ve tried it!) topped with sweet potato, broccoli and zucchini. Once cooked, drizzled with a roast garlic infused extra virgin olive oil.

 

DESSERT

Banana Biscoff Pizza $18
Starting on a Lotus Biscoff spread, topped with sliced banana, slivered almonds and a white choc ganache drizzle.

Eton Mess $12
This classic has layers of meringue, and a chantilly cream with mixed berries. Garnished with a mixed berry coulis.
